The staff here were wicked friendly, just what I needed after a long journey! My room was cozy, and I loved the hot shower after a long day of exploring. They even packed me a breakfast for my early bus! Just wish the area felt a tad safer.

Rooms are uncomfortably tiny with an extremely cramped shower!!! The external noise is unbearable and adds to an uneasy sleep experience. The lack of parking spaces is also concerning for safety!!!

I recently stayed for 2 nights in a Deluxe Double Room at Hotel Milan Costa Rica and was impressed by the mountain view. The room was equipped with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, free WiFi, and a comfortable seating area which made my stay pleasant. The staff were super helpful, ensuring I had everything I needed during my visit.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel! The room was spacious enough for our family of four, and the nearby stores made it a breeze to grab snacks. We especially liked the coffee station in the morning. it was a nice touch.

My kids wished for a safe parking area.

Comfortable beds and a variety of options for free breakfast were highlights during the stay. The staff was mostly helpful, and the location made it easy to walk to the town center. On the downside, the interaction with staff could feel a bit grumpy at times, and the lack of an elevator on the third floor might be a concern for some guests with heavy luggage.
